Comedic Brilliance. Unique Talent. Candid Approach

Bee is a Dynamic Surprise Package!

Despite her diminutive size, Bee Chapman gets attention. A woman of many talents, she has earned respect in the industry as a performer as well as an event director.

At just 1,39 m tall, Bee Chapman is living, dynamic proof that size doesn’t count! Throughout life, she has never allowed height to get the better of her. Enormously popular through her years at Technikon and Varsity, friends soon learned never to call her ‘cute.’  She chose a tough career and made it BIG, achieving more than many of her taller counterparts.

Now Bee has turned her comedy and performance talents to the story of her life. Written and directed by foremost SA playwright Greig Coetzee, “Tall Storyis the hit one-woman motivational show that will have you rolling with laughter. But it will also inspire you to overcome challenges and reach for the stars.

“This pint sized dynamo laughs, sings and bounces her way through her one-woman motivational show that includes everything from why she hates Barbie to her version of the Lord of the Rings (no prizes for guessing who plays the hobbit..)”

If you are looking for a fresh, funny and totally real approach to Motivation to inspire your people, look no further than “Tall Story” starring Belinda Chapman.

Inspiring Track Record

As a performer, she has appeared in numerous productions through her seventeen year stage career bringing the Chapman spirit to a diversity of roles. Bee Chapman’s  “Tall Story”, written and directed by Greig Coetzee played to full houses at the Adelaide Fringe Festival in Australia and at the Grahamstown Festival in 2004. “Tall Story” is fast becoming a motivational favorite in the corporate market.

On Screen, Bee appeared as Wanda in SABC’s Crossroads and as Albereich in The Ring, a film directed by Uli Edel.

As a Production Manager, she has been at the helm of a string of hit shows like Paul Slabolepszy’s and Bill Flynn’s “Running Riot”, Ian von Memerty’s “Umoja” and “A Handful of Keys”, Rex Garner’s “Absurd Person Singular”, and the launch of the ICC in Durban, which included the opening ceremony and nine days of extravaganza culminating in the “Miss Durban” Beauty Pageant and the Bheki Mseleku Jazz Concert.  She was director of Production for The WinWin Group prior to launching her own production company.

A professionally made corporate video can provide a platform for companies to communicate a message, demonstrate a product in action or express techniques and ideas to staff in an interesting and dynamic way. Corporate videos can do all of this for a fraction of the cost, as the film becomes a contained medium through which a company's message or product becomes accessible to a wider audience in a shorter period of time. more info »
